Comprehensive guide to managing multiple locations.
Creating a Branch
To add a new branch, click the Add Branch button on the top right. You will need to fill in the following details:
Required Fields
- Branch Name The display name of the branch (e.g., 'Downtown Branch').
- Branch Code A unique identifier (e.g., 'B001').
Optional Fields
- Address Physical address for receipts.
- Phone Number Contact number displayed on receipts.
- Specific Logo Specific logo for this branch (overrides default).
Payment Methods (Branch-Specific)
Each branch can have its own set of payment methods. This is useful if you have different bank accounts for different locations.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Bank Name | Name of the bank (e.g., SCB, KBank). |
| Account Name | Account Holder Name. |
| Account Number | Bank Account Number. |
| PromptPay ID | The PromptPay ID (Mobile Number or Tax ID) is critical for generating QR codes. |
Tip: You can toggle the 'Active' switch to temporarily
disable a payment method without deleting it.
Users & Stock Management

Users
View the list of employees assigned to this branch.
- • Users are assigned to branches via the main 'User Management' page.
- • You can remove a user from this branch using the 'Remove' action.

Stock
Check the current inventory levels for this specific branch.
Note: Stock adjustments should be made in the
'Product Management' or 'Inventory' section, not
here.
