Branch Management

Comprehensive guide to managing multiple locations.

Creating a Branch

To add a new branch, click the Add Branch button on the top right. You will need to fill in the following details:

Required Fields

  • Branch Name The display name of the branch (e.g., 'Downtown Branch').
  • Branch Code A unique identifier (e.g., 'B001').

Optional Fields

  • Address Physical address for receipts.
  • Phone Number Contact number displayed on receipts.
  • Specific Logo Specific logo for this branch (overrides default).

Payment Methods (Branch-Specific)

Each branch can have its own set of payment methods. This is useful if you have different bank accounts for different locations.

Field Description
Bank Name Name of the bank (e.g., SCB, KBank).
Account Name Account Holder Name.
Account Number Bank Account Number.
PromptPay ID The PromptPay ID (Mobile Number or Tax ID) is critical for generating QR codes.
Tip: You can toggle the 'Active' switch to temporarily disable a payment method without deleting it.

Users & Stock Management

Users

View the list of employees assigned to this branch.

  • Users are assigned to branches via the main 'User Management' page.
  • You can remove a user from this branch using the 'Remove' action.

Stock

Check the current inventory levels for this specific branch.

Note: Stock adjustments should be made in the 'Product Management' or 'Inventory' section, not here.
